NHSC, Inc. has one of the most well respected and experienced septic system design teams in the State of New Hampshire.
NHSC has licensed septic system designers on staff with experience in commercial and residential septic designs and “Innovative and Alternative” systems. In the State of New Hampshire, all septic system design and construction is regulated at the state level under RSA 485-A and New Hampshire Administrative Rules Env-Ws 1000 series. Towns and cities may have more restrictive septic system rules and often have building setbacks to wetlands and shorelines. They have the right to require local review before a septic system plan is sent to the state for approval. NHSC remains continuously up to date with the many individual local requirements.
NHSC specializes in septic system designs not only for properties that are straightforward in manner, but those that may require waivers and/or variances from reviewing authorities to obtain local and state approval. NHSC provides a complete, accurate and detailed septic system plan with sufficient site data to assure compliance with relevant local zoning issues and building considerations.

We can provide all relevant services “in-house” and work closely with engineering and survey firms. All plans are computer drafted and are compatible with most engineers/surveyors CAD programs.
