Mr. Strain joined NHSC, Inc. in 2008 as the director of our Ohio division. He has 17 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in the areas of natural stream channel design; wetland delineation, mitigation, and enhancement; wildlife habitat evaluation; soil and groundwater sampling and data analysis; federal, state, and local environmental permitting and compliance evaluation; and site assessment. As a Certified Professional Soil Scientist and Soil Classifier, Mr. Strain also has extensive experience in pedagogy, soil classification, soil taxonomy, and soil morphology.
