Mr. Parsont is an Environmental Consultant with over 17 years of experience in management of environmental projects, including large-scale, high profile projects in several locations throughout the eastern United States.  He specializes in:

  • permitting processes
  • wetland services
  • erosion/sediment control monitoring
  • agency and client consultation
  • problem solving
  • presentations before local, state and federal groups, including the general public

For NHSC, Inc. he is responsible for:

  • project management
  • managing the company's construction monitoring service area
  • performing erosion and sediment control services
  • preparing wetland permit applications
  • implementing mitigation designs and monitoring plans
Prior to his employment with NHSC, Inc., Mr. Parsont performed the following services for various environmental firms:  design and implementation of habitat management plans, landfill restoration plans, protected species management plans, and wetland mitigation and monitoring plans.  He also conducted protected species surveys, ecological assessments, and ecological and wetland services at Environmental Protection Agency Superfund sites.
