Lawrence Morse has over 35 years experience as a Natural Resource Scientist and Manager, and is certified as a Professional Soil Scientist and as a Professional Wetland Scientist.  As President and a major stockholder of NHSC, Inc., he manages a team of Environmental Scientists and technicians providing natural resource identification and management, project planning, project monitoring, regulatory permitting and septic system design to a wide range of clientele. 

Prior to forming NHSC, Inc., Mr. Morse was employed by the Subsurface Systems Bureau of the NH Water Supply & Pollution Control Commission, since then incorporated as a division of the NH Department of Environmental Services.  In the various positions he held there, Mr. Morse's responsibilities included:  design review, installation inspections, educational programs, site evaluation proficiency exams, and policy and rule development.  As staff Soil Engineer he acted as the Bureau's technical resource expert for site evaluation techniques, septic system design and operation.
