Ms. Fiorillo has worked in the field of environmental consulting since 1986.  With NHSC she provides a variety of professional services including:

• project team development and management
• regulatory consultations
• mitigation plan development
• environmental impact analysis
• complete wetlands analysis and permit applications for federal, state and local agencies

Ms. Fiorillo oversees a skilled professional staff, collaborates with multi-disciplined project teams, establishes and oversees project budgets, defines scoping guidelines and stays updated on changes in environmental regulations.  Technical expertise includes wetland delineations, wetland inventories, functional assessments, mitigation design, and protected species surveys.
