NHSC is a Technical Assistance Provider to municipalities participating in PREP.  Our staff possess all necessary expertise to assist towns in achieving their planning goals, including:

• natural resources inventory and natural resource management plans;

• GIS database development;

• wetlands delineation and permitting;

• recreation trails design, layout, and permitting, including design of wetland crossing structures;

• development and execution of water quality monitoring plans;

• documentation of conservation easements; and

• watershed management planning.
